I'm trying to do a big push of new content on my Patreon, please have a look!

Just pledging $1 is all I ask and it all goes to support my Youtube Channel, I've already scheduled a few updates for the coming weeks, all new stuff that I will not be showing outside of Patreon. I'd love to hear some feedback on whats planned too.

The focus at the moment is on re-doing my Dragon Griffin Chimera animation, something that may not be fully uploaded to Youtube when finished and is going to be Patreon and Events exclusive! Theres a lot on Patreon at the moment that showcases completed scenes that I have not shown on my Youtube and also I will be talking about each scene that gets shown.

Patreon has not been very successful for me after 3 years so I really want to try and make it work with one final push. If nothing else, just sharing the newest post on my Patreon is greatly appreciated.

As mentioned at the end of last year, I intended to up prices for Animated Icon Commissions in October but held off while things were still a bit hectic... 6 months later, I'll be going ahead and putting the new prices up.

Prices will be going up from April 12th, here is what I have planned:

Fully animated icons will be going up from £35 to £42

Simple animated icons will be going up from £18 to £20

All prices are in British Pounds [GBP] (Payments done via Paypal, DAPoint options are available if prefered)

Still and Pixel icon prices are not changing.

This will not affect anyone who has been in contact and/or is currently commissioned me, if we have already agreed a price, it will not be changing. This also will not affect anyone contacting before the prices go up on the 12th.

As mentioned in my last journal, the price increase is mainly only going to affect Fully Animated icons and the increase is both just a general increase as fees and other essentials things are increasing in price and also to reflect the changes to Eclipse where I'm now able to make icons a bit longer and a bit nicer now with the new size limitations!

Also, I'm going to be taking a short break from tomorrow until the 7th of April. I will still be checking messages and such though, plus I have a Youtube video scheduled for while I'm away!

I always like to give prior warning when I put prices up and I had originally been thinking to put them up sometime in the next few months or so (Originally planned for October) However, given the current situation (Also I'm being lazy) I'm postponing to next year, the start of 2021 instead.

Well, we knew Eclipse would be a permanent thing sometime in the future and we now know when that is going to be. As of May 20th (Or whenever the legacy site is discontinued) I will no longer be making my icons at the old 50x50 and 15kb size and will instead the default will be a full uncompressed plus a 100x100 and 100kb sized icons for my commissions.

How does this affect you? Probably not at all if you don't commission me and just merely watch. But if you do, it also means very little since I'm happy to make icons in any size for any site at any time and if you have commissioned me in the past and didn't receive an Eclipse version of it, I can make one up for you!

From what I've seen, legacy icons will convert to the new site just fine, but I can make a better quality version since I'm not restricted to 15kb any more, in case the icon I made stretched that limit and needed some less than ideal editing to fit that limit.
